Return / Refund Policy

RETURNS | REFUND:

 

All items sold on Jodhpurionline.com may be returned for a full and / or partial refund of the purchase price (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COST) only if the customer receives a damaged item(s); wrong item(s) and/or wrong quantity of item(s) were shipped.

 

Jodhpurionline.com will not provide a refund if the customer changes its purchasing decision after the order is confirmed. Customers need to inform Jodhpurionline.com regarding the return WITHIN ONE WEEK from the date the product was received at the shipping address. Since all requests for returns must be made within one week from the date you received your item(s), you must be sure to open your package immediately upon receipt. Failing to do so within this limited time frame will not be permitted and your return will not be accepted.

 

In an event of a return, the customer needs to first request for a return authorization. Once the return request is accepted, customers need to ship the item(s) back to our address:

Once we receive the products back to this address, only then will we refund the money. The customer may be responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s) back to Jodhpurionline.com. We will not provide a refund for any item(s) that has been misused, stored improperly or modified, including damages caused by shipping, mishandling and adverse weather condition.

 

For an authorized return, the customer needs to contact our Returns Department within one week upon receipt of merchandise at their residence through e-mail at onlinesales@jodhpuri-inc.com, providing the order details and reason for return request. Once we receive your return request and if your return request meets our criteria than we will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number acts as our acceptance of your return request. Please make sure that this number is on the outside of the box in an area that can be easily identified. Please note that Jodhpurionline.com will not provide a refund if you ship the item(s) back to us without sending the return request.

 

Jodhpurionline.com will charge a restocking fee of 15% for the part of the order that is returned to us. Once the return has been processed and deemed in good standing with our Returns Department, only then will you be refunded the remaining balance of the original invoice. Failure to properly supply us with a RA number will result in no credit given to you and a 15% restocking fee will then be applied to your account.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS(S) PLACED:

 

All cancellations of orders must be placed within 24 hours of placing the finalized order unless the order has already shipped.  Any order extending past the 24-hour deadline will continue to be processed and you will be held liable for any and all charges and fees associated with the processed order(s) including but not limited to returning the product(s) and exchanging the product(s). For questions about a wrong charge that has been made to your credit card, please contact us on 973-299-7009 M-F; 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M EST or e-mail at onlinesales@jodhpuri-inc.com.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

We only accept exchanges of products that are found to be faulty, defective, damaged. Exchanges will be for the exact same item(s). In case we no longer carry the item(s) in stock then you will be contacted with the personal information that you provided us (see our Privacy Policy for details) and we will work out an acceptable exchange of a similar product in its place or may provide a refund if your case meets all return policies. We will not honor exchanges for customers who change their minds about which product(s) they want to have.
